Sales Manager Womenswear (B2B) (M/F/D)

As Sales Manager Womenswear (B2B) (m/f/d), you will act as an interface between our sales agencies and the headquarters. You will therefore take on an active leadership role and, in addition to assuming territorial responsibility within Germany, you will be responsible for the independent management of key accounts and be the face of the brand to the outside world. With your personality, you will inspire our customers and us time and time again.
Do something beautiful every day
- You are responsible for the assigned territory including key accounts
- You work on market and customer analyses and take over the monitoring and reporting of KPIs
- You hold regular seasonal & strategy meetings with our key accounts
- You have personnel & budget responsibility and lead the Sales Womenswear Team Germany
- You carry out order appointments on your own responsibility and accompany the order season of our retail agencies in your management role
- You are responsible for merchandise management, analyzing sales figures and developing measures to improve performance
- You regularly visit our customers, train the sales staff and ensure the presentation of goods
- You actively contribute to internal developments and optimizations in the womenswear area
- You provide market feedback for the creation of our product management collection
- You take part in international fashion events
The Job is beautiful for you, if…
- You have successfully completed a university degree or apprenticeship with a focus on sales, marketing or retail
- You have several years of professional experience in sales and/or purchasing in the fashion industry
- You work routinely with all industry-standard key figures, as well as with MS Office and order entry programs
- You have a confident personality and inspire people
- You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and resilience
- You are dynamic and a strong communicator, a team player and reliable
- You have a great passion for fashion and trends
- You are willing to travel
- You have a class B driving license
- You are business fluent in written and spoken English

Super. We are always happy when we can show students how we work and pass on our knowledge. This works best in a time window of about six months. We work in two seasons every year, each lasting half a year. This way, you get to see everything that happens in the respective department during a season. We offer mandatory internships in the areas of product management/design, technical collection development, CSR/quality assurance, sales and e-commerce. We are looking forward to reading why we absolutely have to get to know you!
We offer training as industrial clerks every year. This training usually lasts three years. It can be shortened if special conditions are met. During the training, we want to give you everything you need to gain a foothold in one of our commercial areas. You already have the opportunity to gain deep insights into a specific department and thus gain a lot of work experience in one area. You have responsibility and your own tasks from day 1. Of course, we also give you insights into related departments to get a comprehensive picture of DRYKORN and the commercial work of a fashion brand. Not every year, but depending on the company's needs and the suitability of potential applicants, we also offer training as e-commerce merchants, warehouse logistics specialists and warehouse specialists.
