PEOPLE & CULTURE

Meet your HR team

We're Saskia and Lena, and we take care of everything related to People & Culture at DRYKORN. We'll guide you through the entire application process - from the first introduction to the contract offer (and beyond). What matters to us is that you don't just get to know the job, but also us and what working at DRYKORN is really like.

For us, every conversation is a chance to meet as equals. A moment where people connect, ask questions, answer honestly and figure out together whether it's the right fit - professionally, personally and in terms of perspective.

Not every collaboration starts with the perfect job listing - sometimes it simply begins with a good conversation.

We very much look forward to meeting you soon.

How to join the Crew

Your application

Simply upload your application documents through our online portal. You'll receive an automatic confirmation right away, so you know everything has arrived safely. We'll then carefully review your documents and form a first impression. After that, we'll get back to you promptly and let you know about the next steps in the process.

Getting to know each other

This conversation is about more than your CV. We want to get to know you: What drives you, what brought you to DRYKORN, and what do you expect from your new role? Of course, we'll also give you insights into the position, the team, and how we work — so you can get a clear picture of what to expect. Joining the call: Your future manager & Saskia / Lena from our HR team. Duration: Approximately 30–45 minutes.

Meet the DRYKORN Team

Now it gets real: We'll invite you to our headquarters in Kitzingen, where you can meet your future team in person. This gives you a feel for what collaboration at DRYKORN truly looks like — and what your role really means day to day. We'll talk about what matters to us, and you can share what's important to you in your job. Joining you: Your potential colleagues — the people you'll actually be working with. Duration: That depends on the role — we'll take the time needed to make sure you get a good feel for the team and how we work together.

Welcome on board

If it's the right fit for both sides, we're thrilled to welcome you to the DRYKORN Family. Together, we'll kick off your onboarding journey and make sure you settle in smoothly and feel like part of the team from the start.

Benefits

Please send us your CV, relevant certificates or letters of reference, if available, as well as your letter of motivation via the corresponding job advertisement. If you haven't found anything suitable for you, but you still think we should definitely get to know each other, then send us your documents here. You can also let us inform you automatically via our Job Alert when there is a new job that suits you.

It varies from job to job and individually. Basically, however, it works like this: You contact us via the corresponding job advertisement and immediately receive a confirmation of receipt. We screen all the documents that reach us very carefully and get in touch with you if we see a basic fit. If your profile fits the advertised position, we would naturally like to get a personal impression of you and invite you to a meeting - or a second meeting, depending on the position. In these meetings we would like to give you a first insight into what it's like at DRYKORN, explain the essential components of your potential new job and, of course, find out better how well we fit together and whether we share the same values and goals. If we both want to take the next steps together, we will make you an appropriate offer.

In addition to special conditions for the DRYKORN collections, we offer all colleagues the following:

  • Lunch, regional and organic - always vegetarian as well
  • Participation in DRYKORN Training - our hub for a wide variety of company fitness options: Yoga, Gym, CrossFit, Functional Movement and more.
  • Wonderful colleagues who make our company events even more enjoyable
  • The possibility of a company pension scheme and additional company health insurance
  • A subsidy for capital-forming benefits

Super. We are always happy when we can show students how we work and pass on our knowledge. This works best in a time window of about six months. We work in two seasons every year, each lasting half a year. This way, you get to see everything that happens in the respective department during a season. We offer mandatory internships in the areas of product management/design, technical collection development, CSR/quality assurance, sales and e-commerce. We are looking forward to reading why we absolutely have to get to know you!

We offer training as industrial clerks every year. This training usually lasts three years. It can be shortened if special conditions are met. During the training, we want to give you everything you need to gain a foothold in one of our commercial areas. You already have the opportunity to gain deep insights into a specific department and thus gain a lot of work experience in one area. You have responsibility and your own tasks from day 1. Of course, we also give you insights into related departments to get a comprehensive picture of DRYKORN and the commercial work of a fashion brand. Not every year, but depending on the company's needs and the suitability of potential applicants, we also offer training as e-commerce merchants, warehouse logistics specialists and warehouse specialists. You can see whether we have a training place for the coming year in the vacancies.

But you are convinced that we should get to know each other anyway? Then by all means send us your documents here. We look forward to getting to know you.
